Outstanding seller! The item was shipped immediately and actually arrived a day earlier than expected. We had one very minor issue after delivery that wasn’t the seller’s fault, but they still went above and beyond to make it right without hesitation. There were no excuses, no runaround—just excellent customer service with a genuinely positive attitude. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind its customers like this after the sale. Just picked up a tree feller and stump grinder and couldn’t be happier. Both are built tough and perform exactly as expected—the tree feller cuts efficiently, and the stump grinder is powerful and smooth.

Before I ordered it I called to check a few things they were very helpful and answered all of my questions and offered me a few suggestions like checking all the hardware and greasing all the fittings I ordered it the same day I received a tracking number and it arrived early in good condition
I couldn't find one crucial grease fitting I called in and talked to Nick in service he was extremely helpful and we were able to find the fitting these days excellent customer service is extremely hard to find in this company has it thank you
